Rainbow Lunch Series

The next meeting of the Rainbow Lunch Series for faculty and staff members and postdoctoral researchers takes place from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday.

Launched this semester, the Rainbow Lunch series is for Senate and non-Senate faculty, staff and postdocs who identify on the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer/questioning spectrum. The series' goal is to provide an opportunity for LGBTQ+ individuals to come together and build community and support. Attendees can bring their lunches and enjoy the company of their colleagues while fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment at UC Merced.

The location of the lunch is shared with attendees when they RSVP. Use this link to register. Those who are unable to attend the lunch meetings but are interested in future LGBTQ+ events for faculty, staff, postdocs and allies, or joining the Chancellor’s Advisory Committee on Queer Issues and/or the LGBTQ+ Social Committee, please RSVP and provide your contact information.
