University Friends Circle Lunch: “A Taste of Student Life at UC Merced”

University Friends Circle (UFC) kicks off its fifth year with a lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 1 at UC Merced's California Room.

The program includes a campus update from Vice Chancellor for Development and Alumni Relations Kyle Hoffman, followed by “A Taste of Student Life at UC Merced” featuring student leaders and Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs Jane Lawrence.

The UFC's mission is to inspire and maintain strong relationships between the UC Merced community and the communities of the San Joaquin Valley through activities that promote social and intellectual interaction, programs of service and fundraising initiatives that support UC Merced scholarships.
