Coming Soon: Business and Administrative Services Survey
Twice a year, the Division of Business and Administrative Services (BAS) conducts a survey that asks about the quality of service and support campus customers receive from selected units within the division. The survey seeks feedback in the areas of reliability, responsiveness and customer relations, and the division uses the survey results to improve its services.
Starting this week, staff and faculty members will receive email from BAS Vice Chancellor Michael Reese via the University of Missouri, which proctors the survey. The email is not spam so please do not delete the survey invitation.
Areas under review for this survey fall under the purview of facilities management and include the FM Help Desk, skilled trades, mail and document services, lock services, shipping and receiving, and moving and events.
The survey closes April 10. Reminders will be sent over the next two weeks. The division’s survey schedule and results from previous surveys are posted on the BAS website.
