Fall Staff Social and Canned Food Drive Thursday

Come network with colleagues while supporting the UC Merced Food Pantry by attending Staff Assembly’s Fall Social and Canned Food Drive on Thursday (Nov. 17).
The food pantry offers a monthly food assistance program to all UC Merced students and faculty and staff members who have a need for additional assistance. This program is free and provides participants with a monthly food allotment. The pantry's next food distribution takes place Friday, the day after the social and canned food drive and before the Thanksgiving holiday.
Canned food donations will be accepted during the social, happening from 3 to 4:30 p.m. in the California Room. All attendees will be entered into a door prize drawing and one winner will receive a gift from Staff Assembly. Appetizers and beverages will be provided during the event. Please RSVP so organizers know how many people to expect.
