Grad Students Rate Overall Experience

Graduate students who have been enrolled at UC Merced for at least a year were invited to participate in a survey to gauge their educational and personal experiences on campus.

Here are some highlights from the survey:

• 82 percent of respondents said if given the choice again, they would still elect to attend UC Merced for their graduate education.
• 86 percent of respondents would recommend their graduate programs to others.
• 96 percent of respondents are satisfied with the intellectual caliber of the faculty.
• 96 percent of respondents have good collegial relationships with other students in their programs.
• 95 percent of respondents reported they are treated with respect by faculty.
