Fidelity Investment Education Classes, Guidance Consultant

Fidelity Investments retirement savings education classes are offered June 18 in KL 360. Classes are open to faculty and staff. Register in advance by calling 800-642-7131 (walk-ins are welcome). Classes offered are:

  • Creating your Personal Retirement Roadmap, 11 a.m. to noon
  • Preparing Your Savings for Retirement  12-1 p.m.
  • Understanding Fund Menu Changes 1-2 p.m.
  • Help Desk, 2-3 p.m.

The Fidelity Workplace Planning and Guidance Consultant will be on campus from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 13. This is an opportunity for a face-to-face consultation regarding retirement savings. A session takes about 45 minutes and a reservation is required. Schedule a meeting by calling 800-558-9182 or sign up online

May and June Training Schedule

Looking to brush up on skills and professional development? The following training courses are scheduled in May and June:

  • May 22 – Cultural Diversity
  • June  5 – Conducting Effective Meetings
  • June 12 – Decision Making and Problem Solving
  • June 13 – Emotional Intelligence
  • June 25 – Communication and Influence

To register:

  1. Log in to the UC Learning Center using your UC Merced Net ID.
  2. Search for training by name in the search bar on the left of your screen.
  3. Select the course you are interested in, click Register to see offerings, schedule and location details.
  4. Check the box next to the class that fits your needs and click Submit to register.

New Employee Orientation, Online Resources
