iNtelforms System Receives 2013 Sautter Award Nomination
UC Merced’s iNtelforms system earned a nomination for a 2013 Sautter award and was recognized during the UC Computing Services Conference on Aug. 5. Yaheya Quazi, director of the campus's Administrative Computing and Services department, demonstrated the system's qualities related to data-collection during the conference held at UC Irvine. This year’s iNtelforms nomination marked UC Merced's first Sautter nomination.
The iNtelforms is a web application that allows departments and services to create online data collection forms for activities and financial transactions. The first computing services conference, held in 1982, was initiated by computing professionals at UC campuses in order to share knowledge and information, and to discuss common issues associated with providing and supporting information technology services within the UC system.
Materials from the 2013 conference, including slides and a recording of the iNtelforms presentation, is available on the UCCSC website.
