Professor Elected to Lead Prestigious Psychology Society

UC Merced Professor Will Shadish has been chosen president-elect of the prestigious Society of Multivariate Experimental Psychology, a by-invitation, highly selective scientific organization.

Shadish joins a long list of previous presidents who have made seminal contributions to quantitative psychology and study of psychological phenomena, starting with Raymond Cattell in 1960.

He also serves as the president of the Society of Research Synthesis Methodology (SRSM). Membership in SRSM also is by election only.
