Workshop Offers Insight on How to Fund Innovation

UC Merced's Office of Research and Economic Development and Small Business Development Center Regional Network along with the Central California iHub will host a workshop focused on bringing more research dollars into our communities.
Attendees will learn how to gain a competitive edge in order to win grants. Explore how to use grant funding to advance your research and develop commercialization strategies to build your business.
The workshop is from noon to 5 p.m. Nov. 20 in the campus’s Garden View Dining Room. Registration is required and seating is limited. This event is free to UC Merced faculty members and students and $35 for all others.
Come to network and hear practical advice from experts and previous grant winners who are making advances in small business and innovation.
