HR to Launch New Performance Evaluation System
New Online Performance-Management System
Human Resources announced last week the upcoming launch of Halogen, an online performance-management system that will be used as UC Merced transitions to a performance-based, merit compensation model for staff. HR is working with Information Technology to implement the online tool for this year’s performance cycle, which covers the 2014-15 fiscal year. Consistent with past practice, performance appraisals must be completed on or before Aug. 15.
