IT Creates Calendar File for Office365 Users

Information Technology has published a calendar file that includes university holidays for 2013-2014 and can be imported into your Office365 calendar. If you do not already have the campus holidays on your calendar and you would like to appear as “unavailable” for meetings on university holidays, please follow the process outlined on the IT website.
Please note that most campus staff and faculty received 2013-2014 holiday invites in the Oracle calendar system the week before the campus’s migration to Office365. If you accepted them that week, they should have been copied over to O365 with the rest of the calendar. This applies to anyone who was not on the old calendar system or did not accept the invite before migration.
