Humanities Seminar Features Wildlife Expert
The next Merced Seminar in the Humanities features Maya Khosal, a senior wildlife biologist with California Environmental Services. The event will be held at 1 p.m. Oct. 15 in the Classroom and Office Building, Willow Room (COB 322) and everyone is welcome to attend.
Later that day, the UC Merced Center for the Humanities presents a screening of “The Turtle Diaries” and discussion featuring Khosal at 4 p.m. at the Merced County Library. There will also be a craft and poetry activity for children.
The event is sponsored by the Merced County Library and UC Merced Center for the Humanities, and is open to all.
