Innovation and Entrepreneurship Week
Everyone is invited to attend the events of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Week, Oct. 4-6, on campus.
On Oct. 4, attend an afternoon full of discussions and networking from 1:30-4 p.m. in the Alpine Room. There will be presentations by local businesses and startups, a panel discussion, a keynote presentation by Bernt Wahl from UC Berkeley, and time to network.
Events on Oct. 5 will focus on innovation and entrepreneurship on campus. Talks and workshops will take place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Alpine Room, and include startup training, talks with the Entrepreneurial Society, the Business Society, the Small Business Development Center, the Venture Lab, the Foster Family Center for Engineering Service Learning and others, as well as discussions about becoming an entrepreneur, creating business ideas, getting funding and many other relevant topics.
On Oct. 6, attend the Center for Information Technology Research in the Interest of Society (CITRIS) Mobile App Challenge launch party from 6-7 p.m. in Room 355 of the Kolligian Library.
