2014 Faculty Grant Writing Institute Starts March 31

If you’re a faculty member seeking tips on planning, preparing and submitting winning research proposals, save the dates for Research and Development Services’ Grant Writing Institute, happening March 31 through April 4.

Participants may attend all sessions or portions of the institute as their schedules allow. Highlights of this multi-day event include:

• March 31 – Overview: Grant Writing Institute and Research and Development Services
• April 1 – Grantsmanship for the Researcher (Parts 1 and 2)
• April 2 – Grantsmanship for the Researcher (Part 3) and Team Science: Proposals, Planning, Leadership and Tools
• April 3 – Data Management Plans and National Science Foundation CAREER Proposals
• April 4 – Grant Proposal Review Process

The institute’s full agenda, detailed session descriptions, locations and times are posted on the Research and Development Services website. New faculty members are especially encouraged to attend.
