Last Day to Vote in Tobacco and Smoke Free Slogan Contest

Today is the last day to cast your vote for a slogan that will promote UC Merced’s Smoke and Tobacco Free Policy that goes into effect on Jan. 1, 2014.
Approximately 75 people submitted slogans and a committee of students and staff members selected the top 10 finalists. Voters are asked to pick their top three slogan choices. Voting ends at 5 p.m. today (Oct. 25). Cast your ballot on the smoke and tobacco free website.
Creators of the top three slogans will each receive a $50 gift card to the Campus Bookstore. The winning slogan will be announced at the campus’s Great American Smokeout on Nov. 21.
