Research Assistance for Campus Community

If you’re looking for a specific research study or information on a particular topic, the UC Merced Library can help.

Faculty members, staff members and students can schedule research consultations with one of our librarians. We can assist with finding, using and managing information for research projects and assignments.

Want to equip your students with strategies and resources for their academic work? Schedule an instruction session and we will meet with your students during class time to discuss our services and collections relevant to their assignment.

The entire campus community can also use the library’s 24/7 chat service. Visit the “Ask Us” page and initiate a chat by simply typing in your question. UC Merced librarians staff this service along with librarians from other UCs and universities. Questions?

Contact the Library.
