Travel Systems Training Scheduled for Dec. 11

If there’s any chance you’ll need to make reservations or request reimbursement for work-related travel or entertainment expenses, you should become familiar with UC Merced’s corresponding policies and systems to ensure timely and compliant results.

Register online for:

• Overview of the Connexxus travel reservations system and the Pre-Trip Authorization (PTA) System: 1-2 p.m. Dec. 11 in KL 201.
• Overview of the Express reimbursement system: 2-4 p.m. Dec. 11 in KL 201.

Note: Before attending these classes, completion of the online Travel Policy Training is required. It can be found at the UC Learning Center.

Monthly Procurement Services Meetings

Procurement Services offers purchasing procedure updates and advice, and provides the opportunity to give feedback to the university’s buyers and commodity managers. Weekly One-on-One Payroll Assistance
