UC Merced Library Releases Periodic Review Report, Hosts Exhibit Reception
September 25, 2013
Periodic Report Released
The UC Merced Library underwent a periodic review in 2012-2013, and the final Report of the Periodic Review Team is now available.
The review is part of UC Merced’s ongoing process of assessment and each campus unit undergoes a periodic review process every seven years. The UC Merced Library’s review was led by Kathryn Deiss, a consultant from the Chicago-based Association of College and Research Libraries. In addition to Deiss, the team included UC Santa Cruz Interim University Librarian Elizabeth Cowell as well as stakeholders representing UC Merced students, faculty and staff. As part of the review process, the team considered assessment data related to the UC Merced Library and conducted focus group sessions with various campus stakeholders.
