Undergraduate Retention and Graduation Rates

As required by the Higher Education Reauthorization Act of 2008, UC Merced’s Institutional Planning and Analysis tracks freshman and transfer-student retention/graduation rates. Data are presented by gender, ethnicity, Pell Grant recipients and first-generation status, and might be helpful when creating letters, grant submissions and such. Only students who are registered full-time their first semester at UC Merced are included in the cohorts.
We will continue to highlight data and surveys in future issues of Panorama.
